1. Shipping Policies

We offer shipping to the United States for all products. * Note Many of our products are now available for shipment to Canada. Please refer to the product descriptions to see whether shipment to Canada is offered. Some international shipments including AK, HI, PR and Canada may require that the buyer pay duty fees and/or taxes. These extra charges are the sole responsiblity of the customer.

2. Shipping Costs

- All orders have a flat rate of $9.99 per order within the 48 continental states for UPS Delivery.
- International Shipping to AK, HI, PR and Canada is $24.99 which is for standard postal mail service.
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $199.99.

3. How long will it take to recive my order?

For standard shipping please expect to receive your order approximately 7-10 business days from the day your order was placed unless otherwise stated. * NOTE If a product that you order happens to be temporarily out of stock and this information is not clearly stated on our website, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. We will ensure to the best of our ability that you receive your product in the shortest amount of time possible.

4. Shipping metods

All orders are normally shipped via either UPS or USPS.

5. Payment

- All product prices are in US and Canadian dollars
- All payments are processed using our 100% Secure Psi Gate merchant gateway.
- We accept both Visa and Mastercard. We use Psi Gate to maintain the best possible privacy and security of your personal information.

Please note: Psi Gate processes our transactions out of their Canadian office therefore some US Banks may charge a small international transaction fee. If you prefer to pay a certified bank cheque or a money order please send you order and payment to the address on our Contact Us page. Mail orders will only be processed once payment clears.

6. Do you offer Rush Delivery?

Our standard delivery time for kids and teen bedding is approximately 7-14 business days. However, if you need your order expediated, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Please Note: For rush delivery, extra charges will apply.

7. Return Policy

For most Baby, Kids and Teen bedding we offer a Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date that you receive your order less shipping and handling fees. For returns requested after the 30 day period a credit note may be issued upon the approval of a customer service representative. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product the customer MUST contact us before sending the product back to the supplier warehouse. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item(s) is defective. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with an address to which you will send the returned product. Please also note that some returns may incur a $7.50 restocking charge for items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. This charge will be noted on your return transaction.

* Important Note Some bedding listed on our website is custom made to order. This will be stated in the product description. For these items, we are only able to accept exchanges for defective merchandise.
