1. How do I care for my bedding once I receive it?

For best result, we recommend that you wash all bedding in cold water and either hang to dry or tumble dry on low setting.
NOTE: Some bedding requires dry clean only care but will say so in the product information.

2. Do you charge sales tax?

To comply with federal and state regulations, AmericanKidsBedding.com must charge 8.25% all Texas residents.

3. In what sizes are bedding products available?

Baby bedding comes in 1 standard size. Kids, Boys, Girls and Teen Bedding are most often available in both Twin, Full/Queen and
sometimes King. *NOTE that select products may not be available in all sizes.

4. Shipping Policies

We offer shipping to the United States for all products. * Note Many of our products are now available for shipment to Canada. Please refer to the product descriptions to see whether shipment to Canada is offered. Some international shipments including AK, HI, PR and Canada may require that the buyer pay duty fees and/or taxes. These extra charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Costs

• - All orders have a flat rate of $9.99 per order within the 48 continental states for UPS Delivery.
• - International Shipping to AK, HI, PR and Canada is $45 for the first set and $10 for each additional for up to 4 bedding sets per carton. Example: 1 set - $45, 2 sets - $45 + $10, 3 sets - $45 + $10 + $10, 4 sets - $75 ($45 + $10 + $10 + $10), 5 sets - $120 ($45 + $10 + $10 + $10 + $45), 8 sets - $150 (2 cartons at $75 each).

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

All in stock items ship within approximately 1-2 weeks but most often within a few days.  Please expect to receive your order within that time frame. * NOTE If a product that you order happens to be temporarily out of stock and this information is not clearly stated on our website, you will be contacted by a customer service representative. We will ensure to the best of our ability that you receive your product in the shortest amount of time possible.

All orders are normally shipped via either UPS or USPS.

9. Do you offer Rush Delivery?

Our standard delivery time for kids and teen bedding is approximately 7-14 business days. However, if you need your order expedited, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs. Please Note: For rush delivery, extra charges will apply.

10. Return Policy

For most Baby, Kids and Teen bedding we offer a Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date that you receive your order less shipping and handling fees. For returns requested after the 30 day period a credit note may be issued upon the approval of a customer service representative. If you are unhappy with the quality of your product the customer MUST contact us before sending the product back to the supplier warehouse. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges unless the item(s) is defective. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with an address to which you will send the returned product. Please also note that some returns may incur a $7.50 restocking charge per item. This charge will be noted on your return transaction.

The following return policy applies to items with SKU # starting with 2D: we offer one time item exchange with no extra charges other then the shipping costs unless it is a result of our error. We accept returns with no restocking fee within 3 days of delivery. You must contact us by email within 3 business days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization (RA). Beyond the 3 day no restocking fee window, we accept returns for up to 30 days from the delivery date for a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in a manufacturer's original box, in unused condition, and must have an RA # marked on the return package before we can accept them. All returns, order cancellation and refusals of delivery are subject to the actual shipping costs of the return. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account within 7 business days.
